Sharon L. Burton, MBA, HCS, is a certified Human Capital Strategist specializing in talent strategy, talent development, and talent leadership. Certified in Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation Model, Burton develops evaluations with results related questions contributing to continuous improvement.
For over 25 years, Burton’s leadership lives in human capital, information technology, and operations management. She managed within several fortune 500 companies, created ground-up training and development departments, informed processes and procedures, and led quality assurance and compliance departments.
Burton’s books, seminars, and presentations provided enhanced knowledge for governmental, municipal, health care, non-profit, secondary, and post secondary education organizations. Through study, performance, scripting, and experience, Delaware based Sharon L. Burton, seeks to enrich the lives of others through words. She directs her activities towards encapsulating and re-contextualizing employee to customer focused behaviors, ethics and service, and transferring this knowledge into and inside organizations’ spoken and understood knowledge bases.

She earned a BS in Criminology from The Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL. Burton holds several diplomas from the American Institute of Banking in Dover, DE. Additionally, she is a Toastmaster, Advanced Communicator Gold level, ACG.
